1.1. This document is a public offer by ИП Журов Дмитрий Игоревич (hereinafter — the Provider) and contains the terms for providing access to the «Метод Журова» service (hereinafter — the Service) to any legally capable individual who has reached 18 years of age (hereinafter — the User).
1.2. Acceptance of this offer is indicated by checking the box agreeing to the offer terms and paying for the selected plan. From the moment of acceptance, the agreement is considered concluded.
1.3. The offer is published at https://metod-zhurova.ru and is available for review before payment.
2.1. The Provider grants the User access to the «Метод Журова» Service — a web application (PWA) available at https://app.metod-zhurova.ru, within the scope of the selected plan.
2.2. The Service is an informational and consultation program in the field of men's health and physiology, based on the author's methodology of Zhurov Dmitry.
2.3. The Service is not a medical service, diagnostic tool, or treatment. The information is provided for informational purposes only and does not replace a consultation with a physician.
2.4. The Provider's activity is not educational activity; an educational license is not required. No educational certificates are issued.

All plans are one-time (single payment, no subscription).
3.1. Payment is made through the payment system ПАО «Т-Банк» (Тинькофф). Bank card data is processed by the bank; the Provider does not store it.
3.2. Access to the Service is granted automatically after payment confirmation.
3.3. The Provider may change plan prices. Price changes do not affect already paid plans.
3.4. Upon payment, the User receives an electronic fiscal receipt.
4.1. The course unlocks sequentially: each next day opens after completing the previous one and upon the next calendar day.
4.2. The Provider may update Service content. Updates do not reduce the scope of previously paid access.
4.3. User data (progress, reports, chat history) is preserved during updates.
5.1. The Service is provided for personal non-commercial use.
5.2. The User may not:

5.4. In case of violation of clauses 5.2–5.3, the Provider may suspend access to the Service with a refund of the cost of the unused portion of the plan.
6.1. The User may refuse the service at any time.
6.2. Upon refusal, the paid amount is refunded minus the cost of services actually provided. The cost is calculated proportionally: number of course days used to the total number of days in the plan.
6.3. If the course has not started (no day has been opened), a full refund is issued.
6.4. To request a refund, send a request to dmzhurov@gmail.com indicating the account email and payment date.
6.5. Refunds are made by the same method used for payment, within 10 days.
6.6. If the service quality is inadequate, the User may demand a full refund.
7.1. The Provider undertakes to provide services of proper quality in accordance with the plan description.
7.2. The Provider does not guarantee specific individual results, since results depend on the User's characteristics and efforts.
7.3. Service content is not medical consultation. If you have health conditions, a consultation with a physician is recommended.
8.1. All Service materials — texts, methodology, audio, video, code — are copyrighted works of the Provider.
8.2. The «Метод Журова» methodology is an original development by Zhurov Dmitry. Use without written permission is prohibited.
8.3. The User receives a limited right to use the Service for personal purposes for the duration of the plan.
9.1. The Provider may change the offer terms by publishing a new version on the site.
9.2. Users are notified of material changes by email at least 14 days in advance.
9.3. If the User does not agree with the changes, they may refuse the service under clause 6.
10.1. The parties seek pre-trial settlement. A claim is sent to the Provider's email; review period — 10 business days.
10.2. If settlement is not possible, the dispute is resolved in court in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation. The User may apply to a court at their place of residence.
