We do not collect: passport data, phone number, photographs, geolocation.

3. How we use data

3.1. Service operation: authorization, progress tracking, day unlocks.

3.2. AI trainer: anonymized data is used to generate responses — email, name, and other identifiers are removed.

3.3. Notifications: access status information. Marketing emails — only with separate consent.

3.4. Analytics: aggregated anonymous statistics that do not allow identification of an individual.

4. Storage

4.1. Data is stored on servers located in the Russian Federation.

4.2. Retention periods:

Account data — while the account is active + 1 year after the last sign-in.
Payment data — 5 years (tax law requirement).
Trainer correspondence — until account deletion or upon request.

4.3. After the retention period expires, data is destroyed.

5. Who we share data with

We do not sell or share data with third parties for advertising purposes. Data may be provided to government authorities in cases provided by law.

6. Consent

6.1. Consent to data processing is given when placing an order — by checking the box.

6.2. Consent may be withdrawn at any time by sending a request to dmzhurov@gmail.com. In that case, we stop processing and delete data within 30 days. Access to the service is then terminated.

7. Your rights

You may:

Request information about what data we process — dmzhurov@gmail.com, response within 10 business days.
Obtain a copy of your data.
Correct inaccuracies — in account settings or upon request.
Delete data — request to dmzhurov@gmail.com, fulfilled within 30 days.
Withdraw consent to processing.

8. Security

8.1. All data is transmitted over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).

8.2. Each user has access only to their own data.

8.3. Passwords are stored in hashed form — even we cannot read them.

8.4. In the event of a data breach, we notify the supervisory authority and affected users.

9. Cookies and local storage

9.1. Essential cookies (always active after selection in the banner):

`metod_session` — sign-in session on the site and in the admin panel;
`mz_vid` — anonymous visit identifier for attribution (no advertising profiles);
`mz_utm`, `mz_ref` — storage of UTM tags and partner ref from the URL (up to 180 days);
`mz_consent` — record of your cookie choice.

9.2. Analytics cookies are enabled only with your consent in the site banner:

Yandex.Metrica (including clickmap and Webvisor) — aggregated visit and goal statistics.

9.3. We do not use advertising cookies and do not sell data to third parties for advertising purposes.

9.4. The PWA uses localStorage to cache progress (offline mode after installing the app).

9.5. You may withdraw consent for analytics by clearing site cookies or writing to dmzhurov@gmail.com.

10. Age

The service is intended for persons over 18 years of age. We do not collect data from minors.

11. Changes

We may update this policy by publishing a new version on the site. We notify about material changes by email 14 days in advance.
